The Wake County Extended Transit Choices Report was released in May 2015. The report is based upon input from the public and recommendations from a 76-member advisory panel that looked closely at ridership and coverage options. The public is now asked to provide its feedback on the four transit choices developed by the advisory panel. Input will be received through the summer of 2015. A final recommendation will then be developed.
A video highlighting the report is also available.
Once you have reviewed the report, please share your thoughts on the future of transit in our community using the feedback tab.

We need your input to develop a long term transit strategy for Wake County!
A video summarizing the report is also available.
The report steps back from detailed planning processes, and begins with the development of a strategy for identifying and allocating transit investments. It is one step in a multi-step planning process. Input from the public was used to develop an Extended Choices Report (above) that includes transit service scenarios.
